Banayoti was conceived as more than a bar. From the very beginning, the vision was to create a place that captures the feeling of Cairo in the 1960s — a time when nights moved slower, music carried stories, and conversations lasted longer than the drinks.


The challenge was translating this nostalgic spirit into a brand that felt timeless rather than dated. The identity needed to evoke the warmth and elegance of the past while remaining relevant to a modern audience seeking unique nightlife experiences.


Beyond the concept itself, the brand also required a complete ecosystem — from visual identity and storytelling to digital presence and campaign direction — ensuring that every touchpoint reflected the same emotional narrative.

Artistry built Banayoti’s brand identity around the concept #SipIntoThePast, a nostalgic invitation to experience the charm and rhythm of old Cairo in a modern setting.

This idea shaped the brand’s voice, visual language, and digital storytelling. Through carefully directed photoshoots, cinematic reels, and social media content, we created an immersive brand experience where vintage aesthetics meet contemporary sophistication.

The result was a distinctive identity that feels both familiar and fresh, blending the timeless spirit of Cairo with the energy of today.

Banayoti quickly established itself as a distinctive nightlife destination in Cairo, with its nostalgic identity resonating strongly with audiences seeking experiences rooted in culture and storytelling.


Following a successful launch in Cairo, the brand expanded to the North Coast, bringing its timeless atmosphere to a new seasonal audience while maintaining the same spirit that made it unique.
